Born and raised in New York, Sean moved to Atlanta after graduating from New York University with a bachelor's degree in computer science to pursue a career in the IT field. During his IT career, he co-founded and ran a successful promotions company. Despite his success, he decided to pursue a lifelong dream of attending law school. While attending law school, Sean was a board member of the Georgia State Law Review. He also received multiple CALI Awards as well as the Excellence in Advocacy Award. After graduating from law school, Sean worked several years for an AMLaw 100 firm. There, as a registered patent attorney, his practice involved numerous aspects of intellectual property including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. In 2020, Sean founded the McPhillip Firm to cater to the needs of his community. He expanded his practice to include personal injury and criminal defense. In just three years, Sean built the McPhillip Firm into a multi-million-dollar practice. To date, Sean has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.

Born and raised in Griffin, Georgia, Michael attended Emory University, where he received his bachelor's degree in Sociology. After graduating, Michael served his country in the United States Navy. Upon completion of his service to his country, Michael returned home to Georgia and began working as a litigation paralegal at a local Atlanta law firm. His experience there strengthened his desire to pursue a career as an attorney. Michael then attended Georgia State College of Law where he graduated in the Top 10 of his class. He also earned several CALI awards while at GSU College of Law. At GSU College of Law, Michael was a member of the Georgia State Law Review and a Bleckley Inn of Court Pupil. After graduation from GSU College of Law, the school inducted him into the Order of the Coif. As a student and as an attorney, Michael's pro bono work included helping to free Devonia Inman after serving twenty-three years for a wrongful conviction. In his practice, Michael successfully litigated products liability, wrongful death, and personal injury cases totaling over a billion dollars in verdicts and settlements.

Stacy is an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager. She specializes in guiding clients through the complexities of personal injury cases. With over three years of experience at the McPhillip Firm, Stacy is key member of the team. She combines a strong background in case management and a deep understanding of personal injury law to ensure clients receive the support they need during challenging times. Stacy is dedicated to providing compassionate support and clear communication that ensures clients are informed and empowered throughout their journey to recovery. She is skilled at managing case files, tracking deadlines, and maximizing settlements for client. Outside of work, Stacy is passionate about volunteering and feeding the homeless. She believes in the importance of giving back and maintaining a balanced life.

As a Claims Specialist at The McPhillip Firm, I provide the legal team with support and tools to aid in managing the firm's workload. With a strong background in claims processing, vendor negotiation, case coordination, and client advocacy, I work closely with attorneys, insurance providers, and clients to facilitate efficient case development and settlement. My approach and knowledge of legal procedures help to streamline workflows and support favorable outcomes for our clients. In my time away from the office, I enjoy things that allow me to connect with nature. Some of these include hiking, golf and most importantly, fishing. I also enjoy spending time with my wonderful pet Yonah.
