They state that they use commercially acceptable means to protect personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Data may also be processed on servers in Canada or other jurisdictions.

Email & SMS Blasts: We use GoHighLevel to manage and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients. This requires us to share customer data lists (names, emails, and phone numbers) with this platform.

Payment Processing: We use Stripe to process payments. All payment information you provide is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

Legal Compliance: We may disclose your data if required by law, subpoena, or governmental requests.
